Alleria - The Windrunner
In the valleys of Winterspring, deep within the verdant glades of the Forest of Trees, an elf with the power of the wind makes her home. She joined the Sentinel as a free agent shortly after the War of the Magi. Favore by the Goddess of Wind, Alleria received many blessings. Her arrows fly straight and true,piercing all enemies in a line. She can lace her arrow with wind and bind enemies together by creating ethereal shackles. Her footsteps are hastened by the currents of air. It is known that she can dispatch enemies at blinding speed by releasing a flurry of arrows. She is indeed a worthy enemy of the Scourge.
Now you will see my Alleria guide to win the game. She is a good gankers, good cheaser, have a good strength growth. She is fun to play. With her skills [Shackleshot, Powershot, Windrunner, and Focusfire] she will be hard to ambush or kill.

Shackleshot ()
Alleria fires an enchanted arrow using wind magic that binds the target to an enemy unit or tree behind it.
Level 1 - 1.4 seconds shackle
Level 2 - 2.1 seconds shackle
Level 3 - 2.8 seconds shackle
Level 4 - 3.5 seconds shackle
Mana Cost: 90/ 100/ 110/ 120
Cooldown: 14
Powershot ()
Windrunner winds up her bow for up to 1 second to perform a single powerful shot. The arrow travels 1700 distance, dealing damage and destroying trees in its path. The damaged dealt is greatest to the first target it hits and is reduced by 10% with each other it passes through.
Level 1 - 120 initial damage.
Level 2 - 200 initial damage.
Level 3 - 280 initial damage.
Level 4 - 360 initial damage.
Mana Cost: 90/ 100/ 110/ 120
Cooldown: 12
Windrunner ()
Imbues her body with the essence of wind, increasing her movement speed by 50% and giving her the ability to evade all physical attacks for a short period of time. Additionally, the gusts of wind around her impairs the movement of nearby enemies, slowing their movement speed in a 300 AoE around her.
Level 1 - 8% slow, lasts 2.75 seconds.
Level 2 - 16% slow, lasts 3.5 seconds.
Level 3 - 24% slow, lasts 4.25 seconds.
Level 4 - 30% slow, lasts 5 seconds.
Mana Cost: 100
Cooldown: 65/ 50/ 35/ 20
Focus Fire ()
Alleria channels wind throughout her body to surge an excess of adrenaline, giving her maximum attack speed on one target for 10 attacks. Damage is reduced in this state.
Level 1 - 50% reduced damage.
Level 2 - 40% reduced damage.
Level 3 - 30% reduced damage.

ALLERIA ITEM BUILD
How to Play ALLERIA
Early Game
Go for solo lane and start to gain cash. Get whatever items you want, everybody likes buying different things. Than go for Bracers, Strength Treads, Void Stone and Helm Dominator to stay in a lane for a long time.
Mid Game
Finish Guinsoo. You have more power now but it is still not your time to shine, so becareful and gank with allies, use your Powershot to end running heroes or you can use this startegy : when you see enemy hero with half HP, come with Windrunner use Focusfire and when they start to run use Powershot to finish. If there isn’t any gank going on, farm with Powershot and normal attack. Dont forget you have Guinsoo, use it as much as you can!
Late Game
This is your time to shine! Use Windrunner to come behind and slow than FocusFire Shackles when start to run (when get near tree) and dont forget disable with Guinsoo, your job now is to gank no tank no push just gank, in this part of game use your Powershot only to farm you will hardly get to finish someone with it now, nothing more to say just be careful and gank everyone you see.

This is a good guide. I have used Alleria with many other item build. So far; the item build i find very effective to gank or tank are as follows:
Early Game: 2 Null talisman and Healing salve. She is not much of a heroes at the beginning and can easily be killed by any melee char. So, in order to farm effectively and wisely, her first skill to be activate is Powershot. Use Pwrshot to farm away from tanker heroes (if need to). This is in the early game. Concentrate on farming.
-once you reach certain amount of money, build Phase Boot. It will give her armor+16 damage+ 70% speed. At this point, you must activate Windrunner skill (you will see why this is important
).
Then Proceed to farm quickly and build Orchid of Molevolence (adds: 20 Intelligence+30% Attack Speed+225% mana regen.) -> Prior to most of her skills she will need a lot of mana. If not OM build Eul Scepter which will boost her speed 20% and 100% mana regen + cyclone + 16 Intelligence. Which ever you may like.
Middle to Late game’s:
If you have OM/ Euls Scpeter and Phase Boot, already, you will notice you can assist in tanking and ganking if you play your cards right! No Kidding. I was on dominating mode already at this rate.
Additionally, you would be wary of your Hit points. You could add orb effect to your attacks by building Sange which also not only adds maim attacks, but adds you HP to 16.
You have 2 option now at this level, to either proceed to build Sange+Yasha (Yasha - 16 agility+ 15 attackspeed and speeds) OR, continue farming and build Eye of Skadi.
Next, add you attack damage by either building MKB or, BDK.
Max damage can reach up to 209 to 225. She can be a tanker at this level, still you must be careful not to get trapped, and pawned. Use Windrunner to escape attacks(evasion) and use Shackle shot then Focus fire up close, then Windrunner to escape/evade.
I pawned Axe 5 times using this tactics :)..
Thats my share. Still I do believe she can be equiped with many more items like Shiva guards to to add her intelligence+damage.

uhm. i have been playing alleria for a few times with using a lot of combinations.. i found out that you can make alleria a real hard to kill dps by giving her linken. you can make her a real devastating ganker dps by giving her orchid. my build usually goes like this..
start off with 1 sobi, 1 gg branch, and 2 sets of tangoes.
farm ur self up until u get orchid. start your ganking after u get an orchid. windrun behind the enemy, shackleshot, orchid him, focus fire. if he flees, powershot him.. it is a sure kill for agility or int hero.
go build ur self a power tread strength to get some health.
then go for desolator.
the game should be finished when u get a deso.
the fourth item should be either mkb or buriza, i found buriza is better than mkb coz u got a really great damage output rightnow.. [with orchid and desolator, u get yourself a crit of ~600-700..]

I seldom play alleria but I think alleria is more of a killer than a support hero..semi support i guess because she’s a int hero you can go for guinsoo but my item build for alleria is…power treads-lothars-guinsoo-orchid-buriza(you can combine buriza with helm of dominator pumps up your surviving ability lolz)you have a choice to build satanic or just go for damage(well i always go for damage lolz) =p

i love alleria much. the skill is really great. almost every skill that alleria have, have a multifunction, uhm not almost, every. you who like alleria would agree with me. skill 1, shackles shot, this is the most great skill. its can stun your enemies 3,5 sec in lv4. usually, the skill that stun the enemies takes much time to cooldown, but alleria just 9 or 10 sec. you can stun your enemies often, but there is also have a compensation, you need tree or enemies creeps behind the enemies to succes. yes you can use it to escape or killing. skill 2, power shot, you can farming from the safety place with this, you also can harras your enemies from safety place, just like kill two birds with one stone, you get money, also injuried your enemies, and the last, you can kill enemies who run from you. skill 3, windrunner, there is 3 function with this skill, first, of course escape, second, chase and third, battle, duel. while you use this skill, you cannot take damage from physical attack for 5 sec, if already lv4.but only physical attack, not skill. what a great skill. skill 4. 2 function, killing enemies and destroy tower. with alleria, you can be more easy to destroy tower. not believe? try it.
and i want to give a tips for playing alleria.
here is the method to kill enemi in the early game. you need power shot and shackles shot. from the far, just harras the enemi, i think with 2 or 3 powershot enough to injuri your enemies, if the enemi not use healing and still approach you, you can smile now, this is killing time. move forward dan use shackles shot. when stun, just keep attack, i believe if the enemies not die then must be very critical, if enemi trying to escape, relax, you have power shot, just shot and…smile :D. i kill lich in lv 7. use your powershot wisely, you can harras you enemies while enemi cannot damage you, even touch you. thats why, im not like bracer in the first game, im concentrate in attack, mana regen. well hope its usefull

note: if agi or str,i recommend Satanic, but if in, i recommend Diffusal Blade 2, if you god focus fire with Diffusal blade, it will wipe their mana clean, if with satanic, you will gain a lot of hp.
use shacke shot, and other item skills before focus fire, so it will not be canceled, while on focus fire, when hp is below 50% use wind runner to make them miss.
